Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Rudeus through WhatsApp or connect a Google account to it. By using the service, you agree to them.
Using Rudeus
You may use Rudeus only if you can legally agree to these terms. You are responsible for the messages, files and instructions you submit and for having permission to use any information belonging to someone else.
Do not use Rudeus to break the law, violate another person’s rights, distribute malware, evade security controls, interfere with the service or gain access to an account or system without permission.
Google Calendar
Connecting Google is optional. Rudeus asks for Calendar permission only when a Calendar request needs it. Read and write access may be requested separately.
Rudeus presents a proposed Calendar change before creating, updating or deleting an event. Check the title, time, attendees and other details before confirming. You remain responsible for the events and invitations created through your account.
You can disconnect Google at any time by sending /logout in WhatsApp or revoking access from your Google Account.
Answers and generated material
Rudeus can make mistakes. Check information that matters before relying on it, especially dates, calculations, document interpretations and Calendar changes. Rudeus is not an emergency service and does not replace professional medical, legal or financial advice.
You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use answers, files, graphs and other material produced by the service.
Third-party services
Rudeus depends on services provided by WhatsApp and Meta, Cloudflare, Google and other providers used for particular features. Their terms may also apply. Service interruptions or account restrictions at those providers can affect Rudeus.
Availability and changes
The service may change as features are added, corrected or removed. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or maintain the service.
Rudeus is provided without a promise that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Rudeus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how Rudeus handles personal information and Google user data.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be published here with a new effective date. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the service and disconnect your Google account.
